Meet Alvaro
Alvaro has lived in Miami for over 22 years and grew up in a family of small business owners. He spent two decades in leadership roles driving sales, strategy, and operations at one of the world’s largest software companies across multiple countries. More recently, he has advised small businesses on growth and operational scaling. His search is rooted in a commitment to the Miami community, looking to preserve the legacy of local business owners, create opportunities, and deliver excellent service to customers.
Throughout his career, Alvaro has managed multimillion-dollar P&Ls and marketing budgets, led post-merger integrations and optimized operations across industries and company sizes. He brings extensive growth experience, having scaled teams from 5 to 65+ employees and organizations to over 600+, aligning operations and strategy with execution. Equally important, Alvaro is passionate about team development, having designed career progression plans and implemented professional growth initiatives that support teams and companies as they grow and evolve.
